First Look: adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 VX

Kanye West was recently spotted in the updated YEEZY BOOST 700 model on the red carpet of the opening of the Broadway musical, The Cher Show. According to ‘Ye, the YEEZY BOOST 700 VX is designed by legendary footwear designer Christian Tresser and current YEEZY Design Director Steven Smith. The duo, who both worked for Reebok in the early ’90s, look to have drawn from their design sensibilities and experience to carve out this progressive direction for YEEZY footwear. The clear look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 VX reveals that the upcoming model opts for a padded nylon upper, dressed simply with an array of heat welded overlays. Additionally, the shoe comes devoid of Three Stripes branding, relying solely on big reflective 3M “700” markings on the lateral sides. Check out the new look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 VX above and a stay tuned for more information regarding the release.
