PUMA Unveils the Ukiyo-E Inspired "Marine" Pack

For its latest capsule collection, PUMA has taken inspiration from Ukiyo-E, a traditional form of Japanese art design. The “Marine” pack pays tribute to a national holiday in Japan, with ‘Marine Day’ held each year to celebrate the ocean surrounding the various islands of Japan. The three-sneakers pack sees the Disc Blaze, Easy Rider and Clyde silhouettes all given a rework that is reminiscent of some of Japan’s most iconic art, while the accompanying collection of bomber jackets and tees also bring to mind the wave-inspired art form. The PUMA “Marine” pack is dropping on July 13th, from select retailers.
