Michael Jordan's Game Worn 1992 Air Jordan 7s Go on Auction

After Michael Jordan‘s 1984 Olympic gold-medal game Converse sneakers sold for a record $190,373 USD, more MJ game memorabilia are showing up at auctions. Among the bunch is a pair of “Cardinal” Air Jordan 7s that Jordan wore during his 1992 NBA season. The rare sneakers were put up by Bill Schmidt, the former vice president of Gatorade who helped produce the iconic “Be Like Mike” campaign. Currently going for a bidding price of over $2,860 USD (which will surely increase), the storied kicks boast Michael Jordan’s autograph on each shoe and a certificate of authenticity. Interested Jordan heads can head over to Steiner Sports to place a bid.
