Lonzo Ball Ditches Big Baller Brand for Nike?!?!

After Lonzo Ball was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers, Big Baller Brand unveiled a pair of his signature ZO2 sneakers decked out in the west coast team’s signature colors of purple, gold and white. As his signature shoe, you would expect Lonzo to be seen rocking the silhouette on-and-off the courts, but much to Papa LaVar Ball‘s dismay, Lonzo opted for a pair of Nike Kobe A.D “Purple Stardust” shoes during tonight’s Summer League game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Earlier this year, it was reported that LaVar Ball turned down a $10 million USD Nike deal for Lonzo, so his choice of court shoes is somewhat surprising. One legend that took notice was LeBron James. Not one to shy away, James took to Instagram to throw some subtle shade at the young Ball, from his choice of shoes to his shooting form.
