Diadora S8000 "Espresso Ristretto"*~

Dubbed the “Espresso Ristretto,” this nod to the coffee drink marks Diadora’s most limited release to date as only a handful of stockists will have the opportunity to offer the premium Italian-made silhouette. Constructed at the brand’s Caerano San Marco factory and coupling bold turquoise accents with a combination of black and grey, the “Espresso Ristretto” edition of the S8000 is due out July 18th.

ASICS GEL-Lyte V "Black Sunset"*~

ASICS has supplemented this summer’s colorful “Sunset” pack with a predominately black colorway of the GEL-Lyte V. Like the pack’s purple, red, and gold editions of the silhouette, this take on the retro runner boasts premium nubuck and leather construction, this time coupling an all-black upper with a matching neoprene bootie, red lining, matching tongue embroidery, gold text branding and a dash of purple along the heel portion of the white midsole. Fans can find the black colorway from the “Sunset” pack now at ASICS retailers.

Lemar & Dauley x FILA Cage "Wavvy Blue"*~

The “Wavvy Blue” version of the sneaker comes conspicuously stitched with deep blue suede throughout the paneled upper, which is complimented with matching neoprene and at the back counter and through the sole unit. Despite a monochromatic execution, the sneaker somehow manages to avoid a “cliché” billing, the use of the right hue is both apt and distinctive here. At the interior, the sneaker is complimented with custom floral lining at the back of the tongue and through the sockliner. Nike Air Force 1 "Preserved Icons"*~

Nike Sportswear continues to drop patriotic kicks for this year’s Independence Day holiday, this time taking a different route than the usual red, white and blue executions to instead pay homage to Lady Liberty. Dubbed the “Preserved Icons,” this pair of Statue of Liberty-inspired Air Force 1's dons a heat-activated copper-hued upper that changes color to green, thus reflecting the transformation the statue has gone through since 1886. The kicks even sport lace jewels that mimic the look of the statue’s torch while the unique green hue makes additional appearances on the tongue branding badge and star-patterned insoles. Look for the color-changing kicks to hit select NSW stockists just in time for this Saturday’s July 4th celebration.

Everything You Need to Know About the Nike KD 8*~

The Nike KD 8, Kevin Durant's latest signature sneaker, is no slouch on the technology side. The design features two firsts for a Nike Basketball shoe, a Flyweave upper and an articulated, full-length Zoom Air unit on bottom. The former is something like Nike's Flyknit tech, although it provides more structure and is better suited to accommodating different parts of the foot. The latter guarantees responsiveness, working in tandem with the notches running the length of the sole that flex with the foot. First up for the sneakers are the "4th of July" colorway and the bright crimson "V8" that pulls its colors from Durant's Camaro that he customized back in 2010. The Nike KD 8 will hit NIKEiD on June 23rd. After that, the "July 4th" colorway will release on June 27th, followed by the "V8" colorway on July 11th.

Converse All Star Chuck Taylor '70 Hi "Archive Print"*~

Converse debuts its summer collection with a new iteration of their iconic ’70 Hi silhouette, featuring a traditional black and white color palette and contemporary printed design. Equipped with an extra cushioned insole, rubberized outsole, silvery eyelets and classic Chuck Taylor branding, this Archive Print iteration of the famous American hi-top is available online and in-store from Feature, Las Vegas now.

The classic ASICS GEL Saga sneaker gets the summer treatment with a dipped Orange Pop toe cap. Constructed of a predominantly black upper with white accents comprised of premium leather and nubuck for textural variety, the shoe is is contrasted with an orange sock liner and outsole. ASICS branding finishes off the design, which retails for $95 USD and is available now at select retailers.

Solebox x PUMA Trinomic XS850 Adventurer Pack*~

Solebox has teamed up with PUMA on the “Adventurer Pack,” featuring PUMA’s classic Trinomic XS850 silhouette. Another peg to add to PUMA’s list of stellar collaborations, this time two colorways make up the pack. Both styles are comprised of premium suede and adorns Solebos branding upon its heel tab. The pack comes with a blast from the past, with Jelly Belly packaging and a scented Jelly Bean perfect for your car or sneaker shelf. In addition, a custom pair of limited edition, made in Germany Burlington socks come with the pack, available nowhere else. Anticipate this pair to drop June 26 at Solebox’s retail store and online for $145 USD.

Overkill x ASICS GEL-Sight "Desert Rose"*~

Overkill have teamed up with ASICS for a joint take on the GEL-Sight running silhouette. The “Desert Rose” colorway sees the retro runner done up in a deep burgundy base with touches of summery pastelle hues along the sidestripe and heel counter, while an eye-catching Moroccan print embellishes the heel and inner lining. Constructed out of a dual suede and mesh, the breathable upper is placed atop of a contrasting white midsole complete with ASICS’ GEL cushioning technology.

CROSSOVER x Reebok "NAM" Ventilator*~

CROSSOVER Concept Store has partnered with Reebok for a second time for a special edition collaborative release that celebrates the Malaysian sneaker boutique’s 10th anniversary. Inspired by the second IndoChina War, also known as the Vietnam War, the “NAM” Ventilator has a Black Ops-inspired colorway that dresses the classic Reebok model in an all-black nubuck leather upper, contrasting white detailing on the side panels, a black and white speckled midsole and a white outsole. The tongue is co-branded with “Reebok Ventillator” and the concept shop’s trademark skull logo in white. “NAM” is embossed on the metal lace lock at the front.

First Look: Pigalle x NikeLab Dunk High*~

Nike and Pigalle rekindle their relationship with a collaborative take on the iconic Dunk silhouette. The timeless hi-top is rendered in a black base, and features an all-over white speckled print, which can be seen on many of the Parisian brand’s garments, the Swoosh rendered in a translucent rubber material, and Pigalle’s upside down “P” branding placed at the heel counter. Technical elements are also incorporated in this design, including a translucent mudguard that wraps around the entire upper, rubber reinforcement for increased support, and a transparent lacelock for an improved fit. The weatherized upper is placed atop of a tonal black midsole, further accentuating the speckled pattern. Pigalle’s brainchild Stephane Ashpoole is an avid basketball enthusiast, making this silhouette an obvious choice for a collaboration.
