size? Exclusive: adidas Gives the Kegler Super the GORE-TEX Treatment*~

adidas Originals has dropped off a special duo of the classic Kegler Super. The ’80s-originated sneaker has been awarded the GORE-TEX treatment, all while featuring its signature peg cushioning system and forked front panel. Thanks to the GORE-TEX upper, the sneaker is both waterproof and breathable, making them a great play during the winter months. The Kegler Supers come optioned in blue as well as grey, noting tonal tongue tag branding and matching laces. They’ll be available exclusively at size? tomorrow at 8 a.m. BST. Retail is approximately $133 USD.

Jordan Spike 40 "Black/Blue-Atomic Orange"*~

When Jordan Brand officially unveiled the Jordan Spike 40, it laid out its plans for the shoe for months to come. Now that all the colorways revealed in that preview are out though, the future of the model is sort of uncertain. That being said, it's not entirely surprising that another Knickerbocker look show up for the shoe given its connection to Spike Lee and Lee's connection to that New York sports squad. Most striking here is the colorful outsole, which has a fade to it that's not been seen on other versions of this sneaker.

Nike Air Max 90 “Tawny”*~

The Nike Air Max 90 “Tawny” features an odd color combination of white, metallic gold, tawny and game royal. Some may confuse this upcoming 90 for the Curry Air Max 1 from the early 2000’s, however it’s slightly different as far as tones go. The Tawny panels make these 90’s pop, as well as the Gold and Game Royal colors that add up to one insane Air Max. For those into wild 90’s, you can scoop up a pair now over at Titolo.

First Look: PSNY x Air Jordan 12 Retro (Friends & Family)*~

Fresh off the release of the PSNY x Air Jordan XII collab comes these images of the friends and family edition which was recently given by the PSNY team to Ronnie Fieg. The "Black/White" colorway evokes memories of the original XII "Playoff" colorway, but with an upgrade in materials which appear to make use of both nubuck and premium leather. As Fieg stated in his tweet, "#youdonthavethese." And we probably never will.

Release Date: Nike LeBron 13 "Black Lion"*~

At the top of the new year, Nike will serve up this new colorway of the LeBron 13 dubbed "Black Lion". The sleek style sports a mostly black upper, the lone hits of contrast coming in the form of iridescent detailing on the tongue, pull-tabs and forefoot Swooshes. Crown logos on the heel denote LeBron James as "The King," while a gum rubber outsole helps offset the style. Expect the "Black Lion" LeBron 13 to release on Friday, Jan. 1st for $200 USD.

The Trapstar x PUMA Disc Blaze Collab*~

PUMA ends their strong year of collaborative sneakers with Trapstar on a dark and stylish edition of the Disc Blaze. The London-based label that blurs the lines between streetwear and high fashion gets the opportunity to craft their very own rendition of the famous laceless PUMA sneaker, which they do in their signature goth-inspired aesthetic with a predominantly black colorway. Though it may be blacked-out, the Disc Blaze features a premium mix of varying materials for its construction in full-grain leather and soft nubuck with the TPU Disc device in smoky black and clear. A few hits of vibrant red are also added, while the midsole gets speckled white highlights and a Trapstar logo is printed on each heel. Already sold out in Europe, the Trapstar x PUMA Disc Blaze will be available at select PUMA retailers on Saturday, December 19th.

adidas Asks the Feds to Shut Down 285 Fake Sneaker Websites*~

The Portland Business Journal reports that the sportswear brand, along with associated corporate entities, filed a federal lawsuit today in Florida asking for action. The defendants are listed as "Does," as adidas was unable to determine who is behind the shady websites. adidas is asking a federal judge to order that the websites be shut down and that those behind the sites pay damages.

Located at 64 Bleecker St. and designed by frequent KITH collaborator Snarkitecture, the brightly lit, 400-square-foot space maintains KITH’s minimalist aesthetic, with custom herringbone white Carrera marble flooring and mirrored walls. One wall is reserved exclusively for sneakers and plaster casts of the Air Jordan 3; the other displays KITH’s women’s offerings upon a retractable, stainless steel railing. The storefront’s most defining feature is its centrally placed marble dumbwaiter, which is used to retrieve product for customers. KITH’s women’s line will be released in-store and online on December 18th.

LeBron James Hilariously Trolled a Reporter Who Asked Him About Under Armour*~

Couple of nights ago, LeBron James managed to win over even his biggest destractors with a heartwarming gesture following Cleveland's win over the Boston Celtics, but that didn't stop reporters from asking him ridiculous questions during the post-game interview.

"Under Armour recently released a commercial..." a reporter said, before being cut off by King James.

"Who? Who is that?," James replied. "I don't know what you're talking about. Who? The other guys? Yeah. I don't know who Under Armour is. What are you talking about?"

"I only know Nike. That's it. Lifetime," James said, a reference to his recently-inked deal with the Swoosh.

Michael Jordan spent the better part of his summer in court, taking on two supermarket chains for using his likeness in advertisements. In the end, His Airness walked away with millions in settlement payouts, but it's what he's doing with the cash that may surprise you. After announcing plans to donate the proceeds from charity following his $8.9 million win over Dominick's in August, Jordan followed through on Tuesday by making sizable donations to 23 Chicago non-profit organizations. A Robbery Took Place at High-End Atlanta Sneaker Store A Ma Maniere This Morning*~

A high-end Atlanta sneaker boutique has been burglarized for the second time in just three months. According to AJC, three thieves were seen on surveillance footage absconding with sneakers, iPads, and a cash register containing $700 USD. Police say the three men entered the store after breaking windows with slabs of concrete, something that caused one of the robbers to injure himself and leave behind a trail of blood. Now, investigators are hoping they'll be able to use the valuable evidence to pin down the men responsible for the burglary. Back in September, A Ma Maniere fell victim to a $15,000 robbery that saw suspects drive a vehicle straight through the store's windows. Here's hoping that the suspects are caught in a timely manner and the store is able to make a full recovery.

Luxury sportswear brand Just Don unveils its latest collection exclusive to premium boutique Feature and of course, the range is inspired by Las Vegas. Drawing aesthetic cues from the city’s own UNLV team, the new offering employs a striking red palette with Just Don’s logo in grey script superimposed on the forefront. Each hat is constructed with python belly leather for the front visor (in three different colorways) and a rear strap-back closure. As typical to the brand, the brims and straps utilize genuine python skin as well as premium calfskin leather. In honor of tennis legend Serena Williams, NikeCourt (a tennis-focused peripheral of NikeLab) has unveiled yet another exclusive footwear collection. Updating the Nike Air Max 1 Ultra silhouette with a premium rework, the sneaker is rendered with a sleek white leather upper and a distinctive mesh toe cap that highlights an abstract design of decorative perforations. A metallic silver mudguard rounds off the look, adding futuristic vibes to the modernized selection. New Balance Revamps the 530 Runner with a Vazee Edition*~

NB now reintroduces a modern version of its 530 runner, revamping the model complete with new technology, colorway and campaign. Officially donning a White, Black and Purple colorway (which seems more blue than purple to the eye), the modernized 530 is shot here by New York City street photographer Aaron Pegg (@underground_nyc) against the backdrop of NYC’s underground network of subway system. Since its release in the ’90s, the 530 has been reiterated a number of times but no edition boasts contemporary technology like this silhouette’s additional Vazee sole unit, NB’s latest cushioning system.
