adidas Originals Consortium x Foot Patrol Edberg ’86 “Strawberries & Cream”*~

UK retailer Foot Patrol teams up with adidas Originals Consortium to rework the brand’s iconic Edberg silhouette. The signature shoe of Swedish tennis star Stefan Edberg, the shoe was first released in 1986 and soon became staple both on and off the courts. Together, the two entities looked toward Wimbledon’s traditional desert for inspiration and outfitted the sneaker in a strawberry red suede upper atop a complementary cream outsole.

Nike Air Max 1 "Light Ash"*~

Nike keeps the colorways coming well into the Spring/Summer 2014 season with this iteration of the Air Max 1. Dubbed "Light Ash", the sneaker comes in a light grey colorway with flashes of orange appearing on the outsole and lining. Final touches include a synthetic suede blue mudguard which complements the mesh toe box.

Designed for little ladies rather than leading guards, this Question colorway carries a metallic silver upper with cold purple accents on the scaly toe box, laces and Hexalite cushioning. Vans “Snake” Collection*~

Vans’ latest multi-shoe production places three of the brand’s most iconic silhouettes out in the sun for tanning with the new Vans "Snake" Collection. This five-piece set of reptilian renditions features three pairs of the Vans Half Cab in brown, blue and red, as well as mixed khaki and brown snakeskin versions of the Vans Era and Old Skool.

Nike Solo Slide “Peace”*~

Borrowing a popular colorway seen on the Air Raid, Nike presents the Solo Slide “Peace.” Custom molded out of black Posite, the multi-color ‘Urban Jungle Gym’ pattern covers the front panel that reaches from the tongue to the toe. Finishing touches include a distorted dot pattern on the insole, mesh cutaways and a Swoosh molded right into the upper. I don't know how I necessarily feel about these, but, hey, it might just be FLY to someone else?!?!

Valentino 2014 Fall/Winter Navy Mesh and Leather Studded Sneakers*~

Italian fashion house Valentino has released an updated look to its Mesh and Leather Studded Sneakers. The low-top silhouette is outfitted with navy mesh, suede and leather at its vamp and toe box, while burgundy and gold panels at the heel are further complemented by a khaki tongue patch and a rubber studded heel. Rounded out by a beige rubber midsole and a black outsole, the sneaker is crafted in Italy and can now be purchased from SSENSE for $645 USD.

Air Jordan XIV “Ferrari”*~

The Air Jordan XIV is most notable for being worn in the 98′ Finals by Michael Jordan, the XIV Returns in a Ferrari inspired colorway. Red Suede gives these XIV’s an extra pop while yellow accents give these Retros your monies worth. Another highlight, is the metal plate on the outside which is certainly the selling point. The latest look for the often collabo’d Classic Leather sees Reebok enlisting the help of Germany’s SNIPES. The resulting colorway, dubbed “Camp Out”, features red, blue, yellow and beige on a suede body that has us feeling some type of way. The bold look will have you re-thinking your Reebok stance, and maybe even marking your calendar for their July 5th release.

Vans Era CA “Twill Stripes” - Honey Mustard*~

Vans has found yet another way to dress their classic Era silhouette, this time coming in a CA variety. A three-part harmony, this cleverly color-blocked sneaker features a Honey Mustard tinted toe-box, denim midsection and a seersucker heel, giving these a truly one of a kind aesthetic. Nike presents the Air Max Lunar1 in a tropical yet subtle colorway. This sneaker’s deep royal jacquard-style woven upper sits atop a bright mango Lunarlon bubble midsole with hits of black to tone down the look. Not the first jacquard upper that has been seen for an Air Max Lunar 1, although this iteration certainly shows the least restraint when it comes to eye-catching colorways.

Just hours ahead of tonight's NBA Draft, we have news of a new sneaker signing. Jabari Parker, widely expected to go in the top two picks, has signed with Jordan Brand. Parker, 2013 co-MVP of the Jordan Brand Classic, made it official himself, by posting a gold Jumpman tie pin, which he'll be wearing tonight, as he finds out his NBA fate.

The streetball tournament featured sixteen teams from around the globe going head to head to shine a light at the importance of outdoor basketball throughout the world. And despite the motto of the weekend event, appearances by Jordan Brand Athlete Carmelo Anthony and even Scottie Pippen surprised tournament goers when the two judged the Slam Dunk Contest.
