Parisian label Lanvin presents a brand new range of low top running sneakers for Spring/Summer 2014. A retro silhouette with hiking design details, the sneaker’s upper is constructed from a comination of nylon mesh, rubberized leather and suede. Additional details include silver-tone branded side eyelets, iridescent trim on the toe, and semi-transparent chunk rubber soles. The Lanvin Spring/Summer 2014 runners are now available for $858 USD each.
Vans Japan teamed up with Kobe-based retailer ABC Mart to work on a limited edition slip-on sneaker. Keeping it clean and classic, they opted for the familiar blue and light blue color combo, in addition to a second rendition, which sports a blue front and a red heel quarter. The usual Vans brand tab comes updated with “KOBE” hidden on the other side. Look for them to drop at ABC Mart in the near future.
Ronnie Fieg announced via Instagram the release date for the “Mint” ASICS Gel Lyte V. The shoe borrows its colorway from the “Mint” ASICS Gel Lyte III that Ronnie Fieg produced a few years back, but this time on a far superior model, in my opinion. Materials will of course be on point, as always, and you can scoop your pair April 5th direct from Ronnie’s shop Kith.
The Reebok Ventilator continues with more new colorways that look like they could have been issued back during the shoe’s OG run. This one is dubbed "Violet Chalk", which describes the lowest eyelet wing and middle section of mudguard. Aside from that, this colorup is mostly (off-)white with a little grey and a hint of teal on the branding embroidery that finishes off that early 90s vibe.
Over the last two weeks, There has been a sudden flud of Air Jordan Retro Colorways to hit all social media feeds. This is a direct result of Jordan Brand’s #FlightClub initiative, which involves a select group of "influencers" and voices on Instagram to help spread the word on some upcoming heat. The Jordan shoes that were revealed over the last ten days involved a great set of "Sport Blue" Retros, some new Air Jordan IIIs, and one of the cleanest Air Jordan 14 Retros to date.
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s stint with the Birmingham Barons in 1994, this nod to the Chicago White Sox minor league affiliate boasts an OG Jordan 1 build with a leather upper, nylon tongue, “Nike Air” tongue branding and a combination of black, grey, and white throughout. Look for the kicks to be available from Jordan Brand retailers as early as April 5th.

ASICS continues an already strong season and we take a first proper look at the upcoming "CMYK" pack today. Consisting of the Gel Lyte III, Gel Saga and GT-II silhouettes, each one comes with a fully tonal premium suede upper and polka dot accents on the white midsole and lining. With a release scheduled for April 2014.
Dutch artist Pieter Ceizer teams up with Japanese brand and retailer Édifice to celebrate the shop’s 20th anniversary. The collection consists of a limited edition Starter snapback carrying a “Merci Bien” script embroidery, two “Merci Bien” crewneck sweaters and three T-shirts which read “Merci un million du fois,” translated as “thank you a million times.” Each piece is produced in Europe of Japanese cotton and is available now at Édifice stores and Ceizer’s online shop.

The Nike Air Force 1 RT Collection will release online at Nikestore on April 11th, 2014. The sneakers have been a tough get so far, as their release in NYC was one limited to 21 Mercer, DSM NY, and the pop up shop located at 151 Wooster St. As far as I can tell, each size of the shoes from the standard low cut all the way up to that knee-length boot will be available.
